Roadies 5.0 – Final Showdown
Sorry friends for writing the post late…
What a finisher it was !! This episode had everything and I could not expect anything better than this.
The episode started with Raghu taking class of both Nihal and Ashu at his highest pitch(he was true also)… Raghu left the scene switiching their teams, after which Nihal got quite scared. Everybody went off to the hotel room and their started the finger pointing once again. Ashu once again handled everything very cleverly and able to convince everybody that he had not done anything wrong and also had not ditched anybody. Anyone would have done the same thing at his place. The exciting part of the situation was when Nihal clarified to Anmol that he never said anything wrong about her and the whole story was framed by Shambhavi. The spotlight was on Shambhavi and she had nothing to say. The culprit feeling was very much visible on her face.
The next day, Nihal and Ashu were called at a beautiful place alongside a lake where they were to play their final cards. Both of them were not supposed to do anything but to convince their team members to do the tasks on their behalf. Each team would be given a time of 30 minutes and 5 tasks. Whosoever perform all the tasks within the allocated time would be the roadie. I was stunned hearing about some of the tasks. They were:
- Nipple piercing
- Kissing an iguana for at least 5 seconds
- Shaving head off
- Donate all the clothes to the team captain(even the underwear/panties
).. in replacement wear a dress made of newspaper - Get slapped by the opposite team’s captain
No compulsion on the eliminated people. It all depended upon the convincing power of nihal and Ashu. But it was surprising that everybody agreed immediately to do the task. From Ashu’s team – Vibhor and Anmol were the spoil sports. Other
- Sneha got his head off and also agreed to do the newspaper thing
- Vibhor agreed to get slapped by Nihal
- Varun got his nipple piereced – That was one funny scene, i could not believe Varun doesn’t know what the nipples are…… as he was quite shocked when he was told where to do the piercing…
- Ankita(the kolkata girl) kissed the iguana.
From Nihal’s team:
- Ayaz performed head shaving and newspaper task
- Vik got his tongue piereced instead of his nipples(as they were quite small for piercing)
- Prabhjot kissed the iguana
- Shambhavi agreed to get slapped by Ashu .. Boy what a slap it was… It had all the frustration and anger till date. She was stunned but did not showed it….
So the points were equal at the end. Who would decide the winner. Yes, you are right.. Sonel who was playing the spectator role got the chance to decide the winner. How?? She was to pick any one of the 5 tasks and do it and after performing, she had to tell which guy(Nihal or Ashu) she did it for ? Sonel chose to kiss iguana for 5 seconds and it was captured clearly on the camera… yuk yuk yuk….
Sonel loudly named Ashu as the winner…..
Story does not ends here… picture abhi baaki hai mere dost After all the hugs and claps… Ashu stood besides Ranvijay. Ranvijay asked Ashu to select any 2 people from his team so that remaining 2 bikes could be given to them… Exciting !!! Sneha and Varun got the bikes……
Waiting for Roadies 6.0 big time…. !!!!!!

I dont believe this…Ashu didnt chose Sonel for the bike…??
But somehow this time Roadies was more like frames one and not natural…

priyanka, ashu did the right thing for choosing snehashish and varun for karisma as the former not only got bald but donates his clothes(considering his nature of seeing profit or opportunity than only doing the particular thing) while latter one got pierced his nipples, its painful.
Even ayaz and vik showed the same roadies spirit. Hats off to all these roadies for doing such tasks and having that passion and zeal… Baaki Anmol knows how to use his make up brush other than nothing and vibhor is big mouth, cannot do anything.
Harsh: you forgot to mention, raghu did not liked the hitting of so hard slap to shambhavi by ashutosh. So he gave the opportunity of revenge by allowing shambhavi to hit both ashutosh and nihal (Good Thought Raghu but i guss nihal was not required for this task).
Can anyone tell me why anmol was fighting with nihal, what provoked her or what shambhavi telled to anmol about what nihal was saying about her.
Roadies 5.0 was good with lots of innovation never seen in all 4 seasons i guess, Hatss Off to Raghu for it. but they could not win a good amount in roadies account. In Roadies 4.0, you could feel that this roadie is going and you feel sad, while in this season it was quite less for few.
Anyways personally i like this final episode than roadies 4.o season, as tasks had it zeal of doing and were interesting.
Also someone was show in making, a guy with blue shirt, that after success of raodies 4.0 season they made it skillful by expanding raghu’s presence and persona, also then went international.
They promised if season 5.0 was hand granede the Roadies 6.0 will Nuclear Bomb( They have started thinking of it.
Waiting again for the auditions and the Roadies 6.0 Season.

I watched the repeat telecast of the episode yesterday…and now I agree that it was right for ashu to give bike to sneha and varun. But still I am in shock that why did these guys agreed to do the tasks… Why would anyone do such tasks which involved pain and ur ego….Getting slapped in not a small thing… I dont know why this time didnt liked roadies ending episodes…
until roadie 6.0 starts I have Get Gorgeous episodes to see

I think they did these tasks as everybody wanted to prove their point this time. As some place or the other everybody had been a failure in the challenges. So to prove themselves they had done this stuff.
Get gorgeous seems to be cool.. though do not watch it….

@Priyanka:- If Roadies did not do the tasks then somehow it would have reflected bad on their part as they did not do tasks properly in the shows and as harsh said and so nihal in one of interviews, they were all doing for themselves, for their dignity, to show they had the roadies spirit.
